Cut shapes out, clear their insides to depth, or carve them with a V-bit that sinks deeper where the stroke is wider.
Ramps instead of plunges
The bit descends along the path at the angle you set, so small end mills cut instead of rubbing and burning.

Cuts are ordered nearest-first and each shape is taken to full depth before the next, which cut travel between cuts by up to 89% on our test panels.

Questions
Which controllers does the G-code work with?
It uses plain G0/G1 moves, G21 millimetres and G90 absolute positioning, with M3/M4 for the spindle or laser — standard for GRBL, grblHAL, FluidNC, Mach3 and most hobby controllers.
Can I see the toolpath before cutting?
Yes. The Studio plays the toolpath back with rapids and cuts in different colours, and a carved preview shows the wood as the file will leave it.
How are feeds and speeds chosen?
Pick a material and a bit and they are worked out from chip load: feed = RPM × flutes × chip load. Every value stays editable.
